I’m a user researcher by trade and a sense-maker at heart. I love digging into complexity and finding ways to make things more clear, whether that means simplifying a product or helping a team connect the dots.

I developed my technical research skills through a range of unique experiences and roles in freelance work and in-house roles at WeWork, Compass, Indeed, and HoneyBook. I’ve built research programs from the ground up, developed scalable frameworks, and led strategic initiatives through ambiguity. I’ve also managed and mentored both researchers and non-researchers, with a focus on making research more approachable and impactful.

Something that drives the way I work is a commitment to transparency and knowledge-sharing. I strive to make information understandable and accessible so teams can make informed, empowered decisions. That mindset has led me to own several knowledge-sharing initiatives (e.g. research repositories like Polaris and strategic research assets like JTBD maps) across the years. In both work and nature, I aim to leave things better than I found them.

Outside of work, I’d describe myself as an outdoorsy homebody - just as happy in the great outdoors as I am cozied up with a good book. I spend most of my free time climbing (both indoors and out), getting lost in a good book, writing poetry, and seeking out the best hiking trails with Spock.

If I sound like someone you’d like to collaborate with or get to know better, I’d love to hear from you! Don’t hesitate to reach out and say hello.
